Expectant Mothers Will:
· Learn techniques to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy.
· Build flexibility and strength to help prepare for labor and childbirth.
· Improve circulation and reduce swelling.
· Reduce low back pain.
· Aid digestion.
· Improve emotional well-being.
· Use breath and visualization to cultivate radiant personal power.
· Connect with other mothers to be in your community.

Wear light clothing.
Be sure to drink water before, during and after class.
